The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Agreement. a. Please note, a bond is required prior to construction. b. Please note, a master license agreement amendment is required prior to construction in order to identify the specific site locations approved under the agreement. c. Please note, an encroachment permit is required prior to con struction. 2. SCE Letter. Provide a letter from Southern California Edison authorizing the power supply for this site location. Provide the SCE power location and approved drawings from SCE as well. 3. Project Plans. See the attached plans from Real Property, Public Works, and Utilities for additional redlined comments. Please provide one full size (24” by 36”) set of plans and four reduced (11” x 17”) sets of plans that are revised to reflect the following information. Site Plan (Sheet A-1): d. Show all utilities. e. Add dimension to the existing street tree. City arborist will need to determine that there is no conflict. f. The new streetlight shall be located in the same location as the existing. g. Note on the plans, “Cameo Shores Road is on the City’s street/alley-cut moratorium list. Details of such repair work may be obtained from the Public Works Department.” h. Keep conduits in side walk Elevations (Sheets A-2 and A-3): i. Vault should be kept in the same location as existing. j. Show all utilities. See redlines. k. Rod shall be stainless steel (not copper). Details l. Cage shall be epoxy coated. m. Signs shall have anti-graffiti coating. n. Provide details for luminaire attachment 4. Sheet E-1 (Electrical and Grounding) o. Where will the disconnect from existing power supply be located? Please revise all necessary drawings (including elevations) to clearly show where the disconnect will be located. p. #6 should read green. 5. Traffic Control Plan. Traffic Control Plans are required as part of the encroachment permit application. Either remove TCP from this plan set or clearly note that Traffic Plans are not to be used for construction and a new TCP will be submitted and approved as party of the encroachment permit application. 6. Electronic copy. All of the above submittal items are required to be submitted in electronic format (i.e., CD-ROM or PDF via email). Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
