RE: Request to Withdraw Several Small Cell Wireless Telecommunications Projects
Dear Franklin:
The City received your request to withdraw eight (8) of your filed applications on August 18, 2020. This
letter serves to confirm that the following projects are deemed withdrawn and closed without any further
action.
• PA2019-042 (SLC2389)
• PA2019-080 (SLC4988)
• PA2019-081 (SLC4996)
• PA2019-082 (SLC4782)
• PA2019-109 (SLC5324)
• PA2019-110 (SLC4804)
• PA2019-112 (SLC4616)
• PA2019-148 (SLC0416 and SLC0417)
Depending on the latest status of each application, a partial refund will be processed and provided to the
payer.
The City would appreciate advanced notice on any pending application submittals in the future. Please let
me know if you have any questions.

Because of substructure and equipment conflict the projects listed below will require a new location. Therefore, I
would like to formally withdraw and cancel these cases.
AT&T will submit a new application once the new location is secured.
