as presented.
Notes:
On page E-1 note indicates to use street lighting existing 240ac
power source which is not possible because the power source is
5,000 volts ac power source. A new source of power will have to be
installed by SCE and that power source cannot share the same
conduit with the high voltage circuit. There are no 240vac street
lighting circuits in the Eastbluff housing development. A new service
pedestal will have to be installed by SCE to get the required power.
A broader discussion about the location and power options needs to
take place.
The other issue is the close proximity to residences and the RF
levels being outputted by the transmitter, the potentially affected
residents need to informed before final permitting approval.
