Re: Address Assignment for Accessory Dwelling Unit at 117 36th Street
Dear Basil Hutchinson:
Per your request, we are assigning the address 119 36th Street to the accessory
dwelling unit located on the same property as the single-family residence at 117
36th Street. The 117 36th Street address will remain for the principal residence on
the property.
We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
