Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Permit Jurisdiction- Pursuant to NBMC Section 21.50.025.B (Projects Bisected by
City and Coastal Commission Jurisdiction), the proposed subdivision is located within
both the Coastal Commission and City jurisdictions; however, the Coastal
Commission can review and process the coastal development permit if the two
agencies and applicant agree. Although Coastal Commission staff has tentatively
agreed, please provide documentation that Coastal Commission staff will process
the CDP component of this project.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
