CORRECTIONS:
1. A copy of the approved CDP Resolution, including conditions of approval Exhibit “A,”
shall be incorporated into the Building Division and field sets of plans prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
2. Interior garage steps to the living area may encroach a maximum 18” into the minimum required
19’-0” interior garage clearance. Base cabinetry must observe the required 19’-0” clearance.
Please review garage floor plan and revise/dimension as needed.
3. The private planter area (Sheet C-2) proposed within the public right-of-way (boardwalk) must
comply with City Council Policy L-6 and is subject to Department of Public Works approval. The
Site Plan needs to reflect this proposed planter area as well.
