LOCATION
This beautiful tract lies joist across the bay from Newport. It has one mile of ocean frontage and two miles front.
ing the Bay of Newport, which is the most beautiful bay in Southern California. '.Chia bay is navigable, at any
stageof thetide,fora distance of 5 miles, and has a fine sandy beach, affording the advantages of still water bath-
ing, bating and fishing.
The greater part of CORONA DLL MAR lies on the bluffs, overlooking the ocean and hay; it also had a half -
mile of sandy ocean beach and over 300 beautiful sand lots, giving the preference of living either on the sand or the
mesa.
IMPROVEMENTS
There is, completed, a pier built out into the ocean, also one into the bay. A 5-mile drive, known as "Bay View
Drive,,, skirting the bluffs, overlooking the bay, all graded. We have also developed FINE ARTESIAN WA-
TER, which is now being biped onto the tract. Plans and specifications are now being drawn by the Atlantic and
Pacific Improvement Co. for a bridge to ergs the bay, which will connect CORONA DEL MAR. with the Hunt-
ington Electric Line. All streets will be greed and oiled at our expense.
FACTS CONCI.H.RNING CORONA DEL MAR
Two lines of electric road are being built into Newport —one via Santa Ana and one via Huntington Beach. It is
expected that cars, by way of Huntington Beach, will be running into Newport on Sunday, July 28. Hr. Hunting-
ton owns over 300 acres of islands in NTexiTort Bay, and over a mile of ocean frontage there. With two electric
roads and with hlr. Huntington so IargeIy interested there, we will leave you to judge as to the future of Newport.

them has been. We need not tell you I
