The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Project Description. Further describe the project: a. Is alcohol consumed onsite? b. Are single servings available for purchase, or is the intent something different? c. Is the alcohol intended for customers of the charter boats? If so, describe the charter boat business. 2. Project Plans. a. Include a floor plan of the suites. Show the location alcohol will be served/sold, including the counter, customer waiting area, refrigerator, etc. b. Off site parking plan. An unlabeled plan of parking spaces was submitted. Please provide detail of an offsite parking agreement, if one is in place. 3. Property owner information. Application lists Lucian Rusu as the property owner. Please clarify who is signing on behalf of Waterfront Newport Beach, LLC and provide contact information for the property owner. 4. Preliminary Title Report. Provide a Preliminary Title report not more than six (6) months old. 5. Electronic copies.
