Hello Fern
Thank you for your call this afternoon. We appreciate all your help, but with the disappointing news of not being
recommended for our request for a License 40 Beer only for the Lido Theatre, we are asking for a continuance for our
MUP to be moved to the September 4th meeting. Our plan is to still present a MUP for the License 40 with the condition
we will work on upgrading our concession area within the next 6 months and reapply for a License 41 Beer and Wine
with a new MUP. We need time to talk with the ABC and our consultant to make sure this is due able within that time
frame.
