Great, thanks for the quick reply as well. As requested, please the attachment illustrating the location where the fence
and gate will need to be moved. Once the fence is relocated, I'll come back out for a quick inspection and close the case.
I will also need to you to submit a letter requesting to withdraw your reasonable accommodation application. I will
touch base with you when I return.
Thanks again,
Jaime

Jaime:
In speaking with my mother, relocating the fence to extend from the corner of the house across is acceptable. If and
when you have the time, can you send me a similar sketch on the plans where you contemplate the fence extending
(similar to your last plan you sent with the red line) so we get it right with the contractor. My mother will attempt to
contact the fencing contractor today. She will be out of town beginning tomorrow through next Tuesday. She will
endeavor to obtain a time estimate from the contractor within the next week. Once we confirm a date for the fence
relocation, I will e-mail you the start date and projected completion date. You should have my e-mail well in advance of
your return from vacation. Give me a call when you get back if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks for time and assistance with this matter. Enjoy your trip and time with the family.
Best Regards,
Rich
