Dear Ursini Family,
I am deeply saddened to learn of Fran's passing. On behalf of the entire city of
Newport Beach, I want to express our most heartfelt condolences to your family
during this difficult time.
Fran was not just a beloved member of our community; he was a true pillar of
support, generosity, and dedication. His many years of hard work at the Newport Rib
Company brought people together and created a lasting impact on all of us. His
kindness, passion, and commitment to making our community a better place will
never be forgotten.
In recognition of his immense contribution, we will be adjourning the March 25 City
Council meeting in Fran's memory. The city mourns with you, and we stand beside
you, sending our love and support, Fran will be greatly missed, but his legacy will
live on in the hearts of all those he touched.
