Approved in 2013, Uptown Newport is a 25-acre, mixed-used residential development consists of up to 1,244 residential units, two 1-acre parks, and 11,500 square feet of retail. The Phase 1 site is approximately 12.47 acres in size and has been entitled for up to 680 residential units, 11,500 square feet of retail and one-acre neighborhood park.
