Weber heartfelt condolences to you during this difficult time. We were deeply saddened to Erik Kenneth Weigand learn of Peggy's passing, and our thoughts are with you all as you mourn the loss of such an incredible woman, Peggy was an extraordinary individual whose life was filled with love, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to her family, friends, and community. Her passion for life, her generosity, and her vibrant spirit made an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. From her tireless volunteerism and her devotion to her faith, to her professional achievements and commitment to charitable causes, Peggy's legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched. It is with great respect and reverence that we adjourned our April 15 City Council meeting in Peggy's memory.
