Dear Reverend Stienstra:
The City of Newport Beach is conducting an annual review of Development Agreement
No. 10. The review was last conducted in 2011. Enclosed please find a copy of a previous staff report to City Council for the annual review of the Development
Agreement between the Newport Harbor Lutheran Church and the City of Newport
Beach. Please review and provide a status of the conditions contained in the
development agreement, including any construction activities completed after the 2011
review.
Please return the requested information to this office no later than Monday, February
27, 2012, in order to provide staff adequate time to prepare for the City Council’s
review. Please include any supporting documentation with your report.
