RE: Hoag Memorial Presbyterian Development Agreement
Annual Review - 2016 (PA2009-064)
Dear Mr. Brooks:
On September 29, 2016, the Zoning Administrator held a noticed public hearing on the
required annual review of the Development Agreement between the City of Newport
Beach and Hoag. The Zoning Administrator found that Hoag was in good faith
compliance with the terms of the Development Agreement. The approved minutes of the
September 29, 2016 meeting will be available online after October 13, 2016 at the
following link: http://newportbeachca.gov/ZoningAdministrator. Given this determination, the
Development Agreement remains in effect.
