Hello Mr. Kleczko,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is confirming the addresses of the two residential
units on the subject property shown in the address exhibit, below. The units are
condominiums with two separate APN numbers on one property. The address for the
southerly unit is 116 39th Street (APN 933-941-35) as identified in the exhibit. The
address for the northerly unit is 118 39th Street (APN 933-941-34) as identified in the
exhibit.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor,
etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses. The address numbers should
be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible
from the street.
