Therefore, the project is exempt from the IRWD plan approval process and cleared by IRWD. Please note the following: 1. No work is allowed on IRWD facilities. 2. No point of connections shall be made in the public right-of-way or within IRWD easements. In the case the project plans are amended to which IRWD facilities are impacted or that IRWD staff was not able to identify affecting elements based on what was submitted for review, the project will require IRWD plan approval.
