Subject: Informal Plan Check of Site Improvement Plan — 374 Newport Glen Court, Newport
Beach, CA 92660
Dear Liz Howell,
Staff in the Development Services Department of Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) performed
an informal review of the subject line project and determined the project does not impact IRWD
facilities. Therefore, the project is exempt from the IRWD plan approval process and cleared by
IRWD. Please note the following:
1. No work is allowed on IRWD facilities.
2. No point of connections shall be made in the public right-of-way or within IRWD
easements.
In the case the project plans are amended to which IRWD facilities are impacted or that IRWD
staff was not able to identify affecting elements based on what was submitted for review, the
project will require IRWD plan approval.
Please deliver this clearance letter stating IRWD Plan Check exemption to the city planning
