NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Newport Beach will establish the City's Appropriations
Limit for Fiscal Year 2025-26, pursuant to Article 13B of the State Constitution on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
or soon thereafter in the Council Chambers at 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach.
APPROPRIATION LIMIT:
Article 13B Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2025-26 $273,258,369
Total Appropriations Subject to Limit $247,453,704
Amount Under Limit $ 25,804,665
Copies of the calculation of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Appropriations Limit are available for public inspection on the City's
website at http://www.newportbeachca.gov/finance.
