dear madam clerk I would like everyone to know this property is a running a racket - pls distribute to
members of the public as well. the property files retaliatory evictions agai nst residents who report crime
of which there is so much here ...barely 5 weeks back they were forced to dismiss their case after i
exposed it for the frivolous filing it was. let the public note the property is trying to settle a class action
lawsuit in which various udr properties were sued for illegally assessing late fees. deets included. also
they still have short term rentals ....less than 30 days. after i invoked my right to renew and rein state my
lease they began serving me with retaliatory notices to quit for mon ies not owed and had the gumption
to charge late fees even though it was they who refused rent while the now dismissedcase against me
was pending. they keep telling me to go in person to a POBox in costa mesa to pay. when im paid theyb
lied saying they never got it and extorted me for more. western union says the money orders were
cashed. this place is a trip. they even allow homoerotic massage spas to operate. nbpd should look into
this. all the drugs and crime have me fearful. this place is a hell hole i wish i never done moved here.
please publish my comment and shut this racket down, they should not be in business. how do nthey
presume to enter into leases with no business license for phase v

make this verification in Plaintiff's behalf. As agent for the Plaintiff in this action, I have better
knowledge of the facts relating to this complaint than the Plaintiff.
3. I am one of the managing general partners of the Plaintiff General Partnership and I have been
expressly authorized to make this verification on behalf of the Plaintiff. I am familiar with all of the facts
relating to this complaint. For this reason, I am making this verification.
4. I am one of the managing general partners of the Plaintiff Limited Partnership and I have been
expressly authorized to make this verification on behalf of the Plaintiff. I am familiar with all of the facts

5. I am the attorney for plaintiff in this action. The plaintiff, (its corporate's officers or an authorized

sorry the last comment accidentally stated they don t have a biz lic for phase v but its was supposed to
say phase 11. it still reflects under their old dba coronado south. idk how they presume to sue anyone in
phase 11, let alone rent out properties there. phase I and phase II are 2 distinct legal entities. both eight
80 1 and eight 80 11 call themselves delaware limited partnerships - despite not owning a single property
in the state of delaware itself. they file malicious lawsuits against tenants who bring valid complaints
about crime. all unlawful detainer complaints brought by them are attorney verified on the fabricated
grounds that eight 80 1 and eight 80 II do not have a physical presence in the county of orange. these
attorneys are not witnesses to anything and have no personal knowledge of the 'facts' they sign their
names to. just look at all the lawsuits brought by this property by googling it. this place receives a insane
am,ount of federal funding but brazenly violates hud regulations by harassing tenants and extorting
tenants for monies not owe.
