Re: Address Assignment – 211 Via Dijon
Hello Mr. Charron,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is assigning the address of 211 Via Dijon to the
newly created Parcel 1 in the attached Exhibit. Parcel 2 will maintain the address of 209
Via Dijon.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor,
etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses. The address numbers should
be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible
from the street.
