thanks for your outstanding presentation at our recent City Council meeting. Your
talk on the history and legacy of the Balboa Bay Club was as entertaining as it was
enlightening.
As a respected Newport Beach resident, your unique perspective - shaped by
decades in media and your deep connection to the Club - brought this iconic
institution's story vividly to life.
Your recounting of the Balboa Bay Club's ties to presidents, Hollywood stars,
musical legends, and civic leaders reminded us all of the richness of our local
heritage.
Thank you for sharing your time, talent, and deep knowledge with us once again - it
