Hi Ben,
I spoke with my client, Lucky Callender, and he has decided to withdraw his application for Limited
Term Permit No. XP2022-004 and Coastal Development Permit No. CD2022-024 (PA2022-068) at the
Helmsman Ale House. Instead, he will rely upon the existing Zoning Administrator approval from
January 27, 2022 to operate his outdoor dining area (Limited Term Permit No. XP2021-026 and Coastal
Development Permit No. CD2021-057 (PA2021-204)).
We appreciate your help with our applications and approvals.
