Hello Justin,
As requested, the City of Newport Beach (City) is confirming the reactivation of address
211 Narcissus Ave. Address 209 Narcissus Ave has underlying lot lines, which came into
effect when the residence located at 209 Narcissus Ave was demolished for construction
of a new single-unit dwelling with garage. 211 Narcissus Ave is a currently a vacant parcel
of land and an APN has not been assigned by the County of Orange (County). Owner
agrees to send all applicable APN information to the City once the County assigns an
APN number. 211 Narcissus is shown in the address exhibit below.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor,
etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses. The address numbers should
be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their background, and clearly visible
from the street.
