Re: Address Assignments for Units at 520 Poinsettia Ave
Dear Ms. Dumont:
Per your request, we are assigning three new addresses for the duplex and
accessory dwelling unit at 520 Poinsettia Avenue. The existing 520 Poinsettia
Avenue and 520 ½ Poinsettia Avenue will become 520 Poinsettia Avenue A and
520 Poinsettia Avenue B, and the newly permitted ADU will become 520
Poinsettia Avenue C. Please also refer to the table below:

We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
