To my great disappointment the client contacted me today and said the lost faith and interest in this
project and would like to stop work.
I have no choice but to with draw after all this time and effort.
I would like to officially withdraw this project from the Coastal Permit Conceptual Review.

Hi, Julie.
I understand you withdrew the plan check (building permit process) for the project this afternoon.
As the permit technician explained, you may submit a refund request form to the Building Official for
consideration of a partial refund for the plan check.
Could you please respond to this email and confirm withdrawal of the coastal development
permit (conceptual approval)? The coastal development permit application (conceptual approval)
requires separate action to be withdrawn. A partial refund can be issued for the coastal
development permit fee, based on staff review time spent on the coastal development permit.
Per the City’s record retention schedule, withdrawn planning applications (coastal development
permits) must be retained minimum of two years before destruction.
