PA2020-178 ADDRESS: 1616 West Ocean Front CORRECTION DATE: 8/6/21 CORRECTIONS: The following comments remain unaddressed from the third submittal. 1. Please remove all existing and proposed improvements beyond the property line and update civil, floor, roof plans, elevations, and other affected sheets. The existing wall encroaching on the beach front must be removed as part of this scope. (See redline on civil and site plans.) 2. Civil plans indicate a proposal for dewatering that is not mentioned in the coastal hazards report. Please see item two of the incomplete letter for more information and update the plan set with clarified proposal. Be sure to include a dewatering plan upon resubmittal if dewatering is needed. 3. Revise civil plans to provide illustrate required flood proofing (TC) to 10.65 feet NAVD88.
