The application will be processed and is scheduled for a Planning Commission Meeting on October 22, 2015. A public notice will be mailed to you within 10 days of the hearing date. Please note, the development scope and tract map are subject to fair share fees (currently $1,722 per unit for medium density residential with credit toward the fee for the existing commercial development), San Joaquin Transportation Corridor fees (currently $2,336/unit) and park fees (currently $26,125 per unit) for one new additional dwelling unit as established by the City of Newport Beach Municipal Code. The fees are established and passed by resolution of the City Council on an annual basis. The fair share fee will be assessed prior to building permit issuance and the park fees will be assessed by Public Works prior to recordation of the tract map.
