Subject: Deposit Account Replenishment / Administrative costs
150 Newport Center Drive (PA2014-213)
Dear Mr. Ridgeway,
This letter is to inform you that the balance of your deposit account for the above
referenced project is almost depleted.
Pursuant to § 3.36.030, the Community Development Department, Planning
Division is directed to recover 100% of the administrative cost to process
applications. Pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 2015-76, the Planner’s
hourly rate is $183.00 as of November 23, 2015. We are asking for an additional
amount of $7,000.00 to cover the current deficit for administrative time and
projected staff time needed to complete the project.
Please pay the amount of $7,000.00 within thirty (30) days of this notice. To
ensure proper credit to your account, please send a copy of this letter,
reference Account #029-29576 on your check, and mail it to my attention at
the address below.
