Subject: Deposit Account Replenishment / Administrative costs
150 Newport Center Drive Residential Project (PA2014-213)
Dear Mr. Ridgeway,
This letter is to inform you that the balance of your deposit account for the above
referenced project was depleted during the processing of your application.
Pursuant to Newport Beach Municipal Code section 3.36.030, the Community
Development Department, Planning Division is directed to recover 100% of the
administrative cost to process applications. We are asking for an additional
amount of $2,349.12 to cover the deficit for administrative time (approximately 12
hours) staff needed to process the project prior to the application being
withdrawn.
We ask that you pay the amount of $2,349.12 within thirty (30) days of this
notice. To ensure proper credit to your account, please send a copy of this
letter, reference PA2014-213 on your check, and mail it to my attention at the
address above.
