Re: Address Assignments for Units at 1706 Park Ave
Dear Mr. Allen:
Per your request, we are assigning three new addresses for the three units at 1706
Park Avenue. The existing front structure will retain the address 1706 Park
Avenue; the newly permitted ADU will become 1706 Park Ave, Unit B; and 1706
½ Park Ave will become 1706 Park Ave, Unit C. Please also refer to the table
below:

We will advise City departments; however, it will be your responsibility to inform all
other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, Orange County
Assessor, utilities, etc. Please be sure to notify your local telephone service carrier
so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to a valid
address. The address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting
color to their background, and clearly visible from the street.
