This is for a deck encroachment into the Semenik Slough in Newport Beach (see image). I have also attached various documentation from over the years that the new owner has received from the Army Corps. Within the License, Item No. 14 states that "upon the expiration of this license or any transfer, conveyance or assignment, all new owner(s) of the property subject to this license shall apply to the Secretary for a new license." The new owner and architect of the project have been trying to reach someone at Army Corps.
