The applicant desires to remove outdated references, make the Development Plan more consistent with the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and allow more streamlined review of new tenants. This Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof on the 24th day of October, 2023, by the following vote: AYES: Mayor Noah Blom, Mayor Pro Tern Will O'Neill, Councilmember Robyn Grant, Councilmember Lauren Kleiman, Councilmember Joe Stapleton, Councilmember Erik Weigand NAYS: None ABSENT: Councilmember Brad Avery The Ordinance shall become final and effective thirty (30) days after adoption.
