Dear Ms. Brown:
After a great deal of consultation with the project consultants, GP’s Landing, LLC
(formerly Earl’s Partners, LLC) has decided to put this mixed-use project on hold, for the time being. Accordingly, it is hereby requested that the permit be cancelled and that a
partial refund of the fees be granted, if possible.
