13. ALL EXCAVATION OR CONSTRUCTION OF TRENCHES WHICH ARE FIVE FEET OF DEEPER AND
INTO WHICH A PERSON IS REQUIRED TO DESCENT SHALL BE DONE BY A CAL OSHA LICENSED
