PA2011-009 was withdrawn on October 15, 2012, and it was never considered by decision-makers. In accordance with the Records Retention Schedule, the file must be retained for 2 years
and after this time period, the file can be destroyed in accordance with applicable law. Please
refer to the Records Retention Schedule and applicable procedures prior to document
destruction. Retain documents until October 15, 2014.
