We were unable to locate the backflow device during our field visit for the property transfer.
Please email me at lwalters@newportbeachca.gov or call me at (949) 644-3044 and let me
know of its location.
If there is not a testable backflow prevention device, one will need to be installed prior to pier
transfer.
