Transfer Application signed by the buyer, James O. Buckingham and Mary Buckingham,
Trustees of The Jim and Mary Buckingham Family Trust, dated December 19, 2019, and
the seller, John H. Merrell, Trustee Of The Robert Lynn Emett Revocable Trust-Qtip Trust,
