20 Bay Island, the purpose of this correspondence is to enclose the Harbor Permit
Transfer Application signed by the buyer, Daniel J. Gannon and Tamar G. Gannon, as
Co -Trustees of The Gannon Living Trust, dated May 1, 2020, and the seller, Bay Isle
Retreat, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Please note that the closing date for this
transaction was March 5, 2021. You may have already received a copy from the escrow
agent, but I wanted to ensure the document was delivered to your office.
