Hi Mike,
Per our discussion today, attached are the commercial pier permit exhibits for the above listed
addresses. Information regarding the City’s commercial tidelands program can be found on the City’s
website, including the lease template and the annual permit template.
Once your client closes escrow you’ll need to process a pier permit transfer with Harbor Resources,
and then I can re-issue the permits to your client.
The properties, and therefore the piers, are currently being used as commercial sites; the piers can
be changed to residential once the new projects have been approved by the City, and the actual use
changes.
Further, the docks at 29th Street are owned by the City and licensed to Schock Boats; the license
agreement term runs through June 30, 2017. Assignment or transfer of the license agreement is
prohibited without prior written agreement from the City. Schock will need to submit a written
request to me to transfer the license to your client.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or if there is any additional information I can provide.
And feel free to have your client contact me directly.
Thank you,
