Lisa, I left you a voice mail on your work number today on this as well, but I wanted to follow up in
email.
We had the backflow valve installed today and so the property is ready for re-inspection. The
backflow valve can be found up on the patio on the wall adjacent to the neighbor.
Attached is a photo of the new valve installed. I had given the plumber a copy of the documentation
you provided so that you would make sure it was what was needed.
Please confirm you received this and please schedule a re-inspection of the property in order to
transfer the pier slip. We are attempting to close the purchase of this property on Thursday May
12th.
