Joey,
As per looking at your property today on 21st street the property in which you are taking over the
dock does not currently have a Backflow preventer to the water supply.
You will need to install a Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Device (details enclosed).
Once installed please have the device tested by an Orange County Certified Tester (list enclosed).
They will send me a copy of test form which will complete inspection.
