Dear NETCO Title,
The dock was inspected by the Harbor Resources
Division

1. A GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) is required on the electrical line to the
plug-in outlet on the dock.
The Newport Beach City Municipal Code 17.60.030 states:
CA. Prior to the transfer of an annual pier permit, all harbor structures
shall be inspected for compliance with the City's minimum plumbing,
electrical and structural requirements, and the conditions of the existing
permit. All structural deficiencies must be corrected prior to the transter of
the permit. A fee will be charged for this inspection, established by
Resolution of the City Council.
