Hi Lisa,
The final buyer was the SNC Trust, John Morrissey was trustee. During the escrow the purchase was
assigned to the trust and I do believe the Shea’s created the trust for the purpose of the purchase which
is why you maybe seeing Edmund Shea.

I have a quick question for you. Who was the final buyer for 320 & 322 Buena Vista? I have the original
pier application and the buyer was Edmund Shea, but on the signature page sent over it states John C.
Morrissey as the buyer.
Can you please confirm.
