Dear Chris:
Thank you for your letter dated August 24, 2022, communicating a decision by the
Department of Public Works with regard to Pier Permits 115-320 and 115-322. I am pleased that
we have been able to resolve this matter.
Based upon the decision communicated in your letter, as attorney for and on behalf of
John C. Morrisey, trustee of the SNC Trust, I hereby withdraw the Appeal from the denial of
transfer of Pier Permit 115-322 filed on May 18, 2022, and withdraw the Variance Application
regarding Pier Permits 115-320 and 115-322 filed on May 27, 2022.
