Attached are the following for processing of this request: • Completed Harbor Permit Transfer Application (Colleen Kelsey at Grove Escrow will provide to you at close of escrow, this application with sellers' signatures as well as the buyer's signature along with his billing address and telephone no.) • Payment for the Pier Transfer Fee (sellers' check no. 5710, to City of Newport Beach, in the amount of $250.00). As I stated when we spoke, this is a short-term rental property and it is usually occupied. Please notify me of your scheduled inspection date, so the sellers may alert their guests that you will enter the property briefly for dock inspection.
