Dear Key Escrow,
The City of Newport Beach has inspected the above pier. The utilities were inspected
and found to meet City standards. We did notice there is a non-permitted float installed
between the properties. This will need to removed immediately. Once this is removed
and we receive the application signed by both the buyer and seller the pier will be
transferred.
