At our recent Council meeting, we adjourned in his memory, in recognition of the extraordinary legacy he leaves behind. Ted's life was one of remarkable vision, leadership, and generosity. From his distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, to his groundbreaking achievements in the business and technology world, to his tireless devotion to education and philanthropy, he touched countless lives in Orange County and beyond. His leadership throughout his career stands as a lasting testament to his commitment to innovation and to helping future generations succeed. We are also deeply grateful for the generosity that Ted shared with so many of our cultural and educational institutions. His impact will be felt for decades to come, not only through the organizations he strengthened, but also through the students, families, and community members who benefited from his vision and kindness.
