Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Property Address. Confirm property address. The shape of the property on the site
plan does not match 2332 Bristol. Also, the property shown on labels is not correct.
See below.
2. Labels. The labels used the incorrect address. The label letter shows 2232 instead
of 2332 Bristol.
3. Project Description. Please provide a supplemental project description including
the following information: the maximum number of times per year the docks will be
moved, a description of how they will be moved, during the moving how long will the
loading and unloading take and what hours will be used; describe the materials of
the docks, the number of the docks and how they will be stacked (on the ground or
on racks, how many on a rack). I would leave a minimum 3 feet clear for Building and
Fire Code. They will provide comments once you resubmit the additional information.
4. Plans. Dimension distance of docks to property lines. Show easement is clear of
storage at rear of property. Provide site distance triangle from driveway on Bristol
Street.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
