The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Project Description. Please remove the boats and utility trailer form the proposed project. With the amount of docks being stored, the required setbacks of 10 feet and the required circulation for the flatbed trucks, there is not enough space to store these on-site. Please add material specs and details/information on the float material for the aluminum and wood docks. 2. Plans. Dimension area in front yard adjacent to Bristol (on subject site) and turnaround area for flatbed trucks. All circulation, loading and unloading must be done on-site and backing out onto Bristol Street is not permitted. Dimension the 3 feet clear between the stacks. There are some stacks labeled with “L”, “SCMA” and “H” but no other information as to what these mean on plan or in letter. Please add these to the legend on the plan and also explain in the letter. 3. Storage Containers. New since the last submittal. Please provide a detailed description of what exactly will be stored in each including materials, quantities, etc. Also, provide the proposed height of each and how they will be secured. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
