The code section references are from the 2022 CBC, unless otherwise stated. •TO EXPEDITE PROJECT APPROVAL: Please provide a written response indicating how and where each comment was resolved on the plans. •Resubmit all previously reviewed plans, updated plans and supporting documents with each subsequent review. •AFTER 2nd PLAN REVIEW: Please call the plan check engineer listed above to schedule a plan review appointment, to expedite project approval. •For clarification of any plan review comment, please call the plan check engineer listed above. •Plan check status: www.newportbeachca.gov/civic. Under ‘Search’ tab, type in plan check number above. 2 ELECTRICAL 1. All plans and electrical calculations are to be designed by a CA Registered Electrical Engineer, or Licensed Architect, or Licensed Electrical Contractor (C-10); provide stamp with signature and date. This comment will remain up to and include at the time of permit issuance. 2. Indicate the scope of electrical work with a brief description of the equipment being installed. Clarify what is new and existing on plans. 3. Show grounding electrode system for all electrical service equipment / transformers / panels at each detached trailer. 4. Clarify Panel ‘DPM’ main OCPD and bus rating. MECHANICAL No comments PLUMBING 5. All plans and plumbing calculations are to be designed by a CA Registered Mechanical Engineer, or Licensed Architect, or Licensed Plumbing Contractor (C-36); provide stamp with signature and date. This comment will remain up to and include at the time of permit issuance. 6. Provide plumbing plans showing water and sewer connections to trailers. Additional comments may apply based on new information.
